  It is a human-made hormone, used for treating people whose hemophilia is in mild stages only. Hence, this treatment measure does not find use in treating severe hemophilia or hemophilia B. It triggers the release of the Von Willebrand factor and factor VIII. The two tend to stay longer in the blood. It is predominantly injected or given as a nasal spray. Since the impact of the medicine wears off quickly, the dose is used only in a few situations.

• Antifibrinolytic Medications
  These are the clot-preserving medicines, such as epsilon aminocaproic acid and tranexamic acid, that help prevent the clots’ breakdown. • Physical therapy
